Our read
Sodium DNA comes tenth, after niacinamide and 1,2-hexanediol, with a second DNA line (Hydrolyzed DNA) at 29. For a toner that's a prominent spot.
The 'B5' is panthenol (13) and pantothenic acid (21). It's a large 280 ml bottle, fragrance-free, and suited to pat-in layering or a cotton pad.
Good fit if
Anyone who wants an inexpensive, fragrance-free first step with DNA ranked fairly high.
Skip it if
You only want one PDRN product. A toner is a supporting step, and its contact time is short.
