Our read
Polyvinyl alcohol is the second ingredient. That's the film-former that lets the mask dry and wrap. The PDRN (Sodium DNA) is at 27, and the exosomes are listed as Lactobacillus extracellular vesicles at 38, both in the lower part of the list.
Mica, titanium dioxide and tin oxide give the finish its glaze. Neither of its headline ingredients is present at a meaningful level.
