Our read

This is a scalp product, not a face product. The top of the list is water, denatured alcohol and caffeine, which tells you the formula is a quick-drying leave-on scalp tonic. Sodium DNA is in the middle of a very long, 96-ingredient list.

There's no good evidence that topical PDRN does anything for hair growth, and this label doesn't suggest a meaningful dose. Caffeine is the more established ingredient here.
