This is one of the few products where the brand gives a figure on its own page: 5,000 ppm, or 0.5%. Hydrolyzed DNA sits sixteenth of forty, after 1,2-hexanediol and the fruit and leaf extracts, which fits that figure.
One contradiction: the product page mentions 'less than 1% synthetic fragrance', but the ingredient list has no fragrance. We go by the list and mark it fragrance-free.
