Where the PDRN sits on the label
- The DNA ingredient on the label: Sodium Dna (ingredient 33 of 38).
- There is no preservative with a legal 1% cap on this list to measure against, so the label alone can't place the DNA above or below 1%.
- No fragrance or parfum is listed.
How we read ingredient lists โ
Our read
The original 345 Relief Cream had no DNA ingredient. Ver.2 adds Sodium DNA near the very end of the list, with only chelators, ceramide and a few trace ingredients after it. Even so, the Amazon listing now leads with 'PDRN'.
Where the DNA comes from is unclear too: Amazon says rice bran, Ulta says centella. The rest of the formula (tea tree leaf water, niacinamide, soothing extracts) is what this cream is actually built on.
Good fit if
Reactive or breakout-prone skin that wants a soothing, fragrance-free moisturizer.
Skip it if
PDRN is the reason you're buying. The amount here is at the tail end of the list.
We have not tested this product on skin. Everything above comes from its published ingredient list and the brand's own claims.

Where sources disagree
- The original 345 Relief Cream contained no DNA at all. Only the reformulated Ver.2 adds Sodium DNA. YesStyle shows a list that merges both versions, so we didn't use it.
