How we read ingredient lists →
Our read
innisfree's own footnote explains the name: 'Green Tea PDRN' is a lactobacillus ferment lysate, which is the first ingredient. It's a fermentation product, not polydeoxyribonucleotide. No Sodium DNA, Hydrolyzed DNA or any DNA ingredient appears on the list. The green tea leaf extract itself is 47th of 49.
As a serum it's a ferment-based retinol formula with niacinamide and squalane. The retinol complex is what makes it a firming serum. Judge it as a retinol serum, not as a PDRN product.
Good fit if
Someone looking for a ferment-based retinol serum.
Skip it if
You want PDRN. There isn't any, whatever the name says. Also skip it if you're pregnant or avoiding retinoids.
We have not tested this product on skin. Everything above comes from its published ingredient list and the brand's own claims.
