Our read
The phrase on the front sounds like a percentage of the product. It isn't. It describes how pure the salmon DNA raw material is. On the label, Sodium DNA comes after citric acid, adenosine and soybean oil, ingredients normally used in small amounts.
The serum itself is a silicone-and-glycol base with niacinamide, sunflower oil and salmon egg extract. It's fragrance-free.
Good fit if
A light, fragrance-free serum if you like its texture.
Skip it if
You read '99%' as a high PDRN content. The label doesn't support that.
