Where the PDRN sits on the label
- The DNA ingredient on the label: Hydrolyzed DNA (ingredient 20 of 20).
- Phenoxyethanol is ingredient 9. It is legally capped at 1% in leave-on products in the EU and Korea, and everything listed after it must be at 1% or less. The DNA comes after it, so this formula contains 1% or less.

Our read
The INKEY List deserves credit for publishing a number at all. But the label settles what the number can't mean. Phenoxyethanol, legally capped at 1%, is the ninth ingredient, and Hydrolyzed DNA is the twentieth and last. Anything listed after a 1%-capped ingredient is at 1% or less, so the 2% can't describe the DNA in the bottle.
The likely explanation is that 2% refers to the 'INJIN PDRN' raw material, a diluted solution of plant-derived DNA from Artemisia capillaris. That's a common way to state ingredient doses, but it isn't how most shoppers will read it. The base is a short, straightforward formula with shea butter and light emollients.
Good fit if
Someone who wants a short, simple, vegan PDRN serum and reads '2%' as the raw-material figure.
Skip it if
You're choosing it because 2% sounds like more PDRN than other brands. On the label, it's the last ingredient.
